Position Description:
The Liquids Integrated Process Team (IPT) Leader is a Director level role with responsibility for leading the Liquids Integrated Process Team , and will represents the Team on the product End to End Leadership Team. The Director will have direct and indirect responsibility for a team of over 140 employees. The IPT Leader provides tactical and strategic direction to the cross-functional team of the IPT (Quality, Technology, Maintenance, etc…), and promotes the behaviors and principles that drive continuous improvement.

With our extensive range of facilities and environments, our Engineers have opportunities across many diverse areas including Biological, Chemical, Automation, Capital Projects, Maintenance, Safety, Process Development, Technical Services, Utilities and Validation.
The individual will provide leadership as the senior automation engineer for an aseptic manufacturing facility. Responsible for problem resolution, implementation of process control, data collection techniques, and troubleshooting in compliance with SDLC, GMP, safety, and environmental regulations. Actively support, participate and embrace an empowered team culture including significant interaction with manufacturing, quality and engineering groups.
The individual will also support a large spectrum of sophisticated automated systems within Manufacturing Operations; providing multiple opportunities to learn new automation technologies and make a positive impact. Provides direct support to Automation Lead including leading cross functional teams and providing direct guidance to the Automation team. Also provides technical coverage on automated systems.
Primary Activities include, but are not limited to:
*Understands and supports all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety, and environmental regulations. Review and approve automation documents, preventive maintenance, and SOPs to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety.
* Leads investigations of automation incidents and problems to prevent recurrence including the development and implementation of corrective actions.
* Evaluates automated and information technology systems, and develops strategies to optimize and ensure quality and stability of automation systems through future expansion, replacement, or upgrade.
* Assists the Automation Lead in the training, development, motivation, and assignments for employees and contractors.
* Coordinates projects with staff group for timely implementation.
* Uses technical knowledge to assure the efficient operation of variety of automated processing and information technology systems. Leads in installing and placing new equipment into operations. Develops solutions for automation problems.
* Participates in audits and training programs in the area of responsibility.
* Project coordination leadership and implementation of troubleshooting activities and change control.
* Initiate and lead collaboration within the Operations, Quality and Technical organizations to resolve complex problems.

Global Category Manager Travel

Reporting to the Director of Travel and Meetings Global Procurement, the Global Category Manager of Travel is responsible for global strategic sourcing of all sub-categories related to Travel. This role will collaborate closely with Travel, Meetings Card & Fleet Programs team and cross-functional colleagues as well as supplier partners, to ensure strategic and actionable plans are developed and executed towards the objective of enterprise program optimization.
Day to day responsibilities of this role include establishing the global category strategy, performing procurement events, managing key metrics and analytics/BI and insights, including savings, supplier diversity and working capital delivery to established objectives in full alignment with the global strategy. The Senior Specialist- Global Trade will work as a part of the SAP Global Team and focus on the system, data, and interface design necessary to support international import/export regulations. Our Company uses SAP Native Global Trade Systems to support its international trade compliance. In this role you will interface with business users in global compliance and then translate the requirements into system configuration and when necessary work with various development teams to implement interfaces with our Company's Partners and government entities.
The Sr. Specialist Order to Cash/Global Trade will work as a member of our SAP GTS implementation team to ensure our SAP/GTS system is able to support the continuously evolving regulations around the movement of pharmaceutical products across international borders.
